Crappie | Good | 6-12" | Crappie fishing is good. Fish are still deep but will be adjacent to spawning areas. Rea bridge is also a good spot to find fish. Minnows and plastic jigs have been working best. |
Channel Catfish | Fair | 16-24" | Catfishing is slow. Look for fish to be on the windward side of the lake. Shad sides are the preferred bait. |
Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass | Fair | 12-20" | Largemouth bass fishing has been slow. Look for largemouth to be near deeper structure, however they may move shallow on warm days. Smallmouth bass fishing is picking up and they will be near rocky shorelines and the dam. Jigs have been working best. |
Bluegill and Redears | Fair | 5-7" | Bluegill and redear fishing has been fair. Bluegill and redear can be found near any submerged vegetation and woody structure. Look for them to move shallow on warmer days. Worms under a bobber are working best. |
