Making a Cabin Reservation

Persons 21 years of age or older may make reservation requests. Reservations can be made by telephone, mail, online or in person up to one year in advance at the Regional Office in Chanute. Phone or internet reservations can be made with a credit card.

Dates Available

Cabins are available for reservations year round. Prices are subject to change. Reservations will be handled on a first come first serve basis.

Check In and Check Out Times

Prior to your reservation date, you will be contacted by the Mined Lands cabin rental coordinator to obtain access information for the cabin. After your stay, the cabin will be inspected for condition/damage to assess if there would be any additional charges.

Check In Time: 2:00 p.m.

Check Out Time: 12:00 p.m.

    Description: The Coal Ridge Cabin is available to rent year-round. It will accommodate up to five overnight guests with a double futon, two single futons, and bunk beds. The cabin has heating and air conditioning as well as a complete kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. There is also an outdoor grill and picnic table. Renters must supply their own bedding, pillows, towels and toiletries.
