Wild Turkey Playa Wetland
The 157 acre Wild Turkey Playa is located 7 miles west and 1 mile south of Dodge City in Ford County. The area is comprised of approximately 50 playa wetland acres and 107 native grass acres. Wild Turkey Playa is managed for migratory waterfowl, shorebirds, and upland game. The area is open to hunting by posted notice which allows the manager to monitor wildlife usage and adjust accordingly.
