Keep It a Safe Summer (K.I.S.S.) in a program to educate youth how to have fun outdoors this summer while being smart and safe.  This is a non-fishing event.  Volunteers needed for fishing and boating education activities.  The event is held at the Lyon County Fairgrounds.
