OBJECTIVES: 

1.  Evaluate the effects of water willow on overall biological diversity and species richness and diversity of age-0 fishes in the littoral zone.
2.  Determine the effects of water willow on growth, food habits, and lipid reserves of age-0 Lepomis spp. and largemouth bass.
3.  Compare growth, food habits, and lipid reserves between largemouth bass in reservoirs and small impoundments.
4.  Determine the tolerance of water willow to inundation and desiccation.
